MILI is an Iranian DJ and producer based in Toronto whose sound brings together Afro House, tribal rhythms and influences drawn from Middle Eastern and global music culture. Having spent more than a decade behind the decks before developing his original production catalogue, he has built a musical identity centred on rhythm, cultural connection and contemporary club energy. His approach incorporates elements of Afro House, Afro Tech and classic house while drawing inspiration from Arabic, Kurdish, Turkish and other regional sounds.
His international profile accelerated with “El Youm El Helw Dah,” created alongside DJ HABIBEATS and Egyptian artist Ahmed Saad. The track developed organically from an Afro House reworking into an official collaboration, gaining significant traction across social media and surpassing two million streams on Spotify. MILI has since continued that momentum through high-profile collaborations including “Stay Sexy” with HUGEL and LaBritney, which has surpassed 11 million Spotify streams, further introducing his sound to an expanding global audience.
Alongside his growing catalogue, MILI has developed an increasingly international touring presence, with appearances including Hï Ibiza and major electronic events in Canada, while his releases have been associated with labels including Virgin Records, Rebellion and Human By Default.
